Description
A Monolith is one of most distinct creations. Imposing, with a structure created though millenia, but at the same time possessing a structure that invites a craftsman to work on it, dedicating centuries to come. This is why we created the Monolith range of wines. Because, in Bairaktaris Estate, we do not craft ordinary wines. We express our philosophy and our devotion to the ancient, imposing Greek varieties.
