1944 | Chablis Premier Cru - Cote De Lechet Chablis Premier Cru - Cote De Lechet  The age of the vines, along with their exposure and terroir, make this cru a flattering, round, and well-structured wine. It also displays a beautiful mineral character and is highly expressive on the nose.
This wine pairs well with saffron-roasted langoustines, chicken breast with Époisses cheese, or fillet of pike-perch with white butter sauce. The parcel of our Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Léchet is located in the Milly commune, on the upper slope of the same name, which is extremely steep (38%) and faces southeast, receiving full sunlight. The vines are approximately 50 years old, resulting in a low yield and small clusters.
