1121 | Xinomavro Xinomavro  It has a pale pink-salmon colour and aromas of citrus fruits (pink grapefruit), berries, cherries and strawberries. It presents as rich and well-structured with good acidity and an aromatic finish (sour cherries-cherries). This wine is produced from Xinomavro, a charismatic but demanding Greek grape variety from Macedonia, which has adapted perfectly to the microclimate of Epanomi in Northern Greece.

1003 | Studio By Miraval Studio By Miraval  Delicate limpid and brilliant dress, of a very pale pink. With its seductive floral aromas, the nose immediately transports us to the Provençal maquis. On the palate, this wine is ample and generous with fruity aromas of citrus, grapefruit and fig, perfectly balanced by a nice mineral structure. The finish is all in length with a hint of bitterness that offers an irresistible iodized and lemony character. A real explosion of flavors all in elegance. L’hiver fût sec et doux, suivi d’un printemps humide et froid avec quelques épisodes de gel, causant quelques dégâts. Malgré cela, la floraison s’est parfaitement déroulée mais avec une quantité limitée (-50% par rapport à la moyenne). L’été chaud et sec a permis de préserver le parfait état sanitaire des vignes, avec un travail régulier du sol pour conserver la fraicheur. Plutôt précoces, les vendanges se sont déroulées dans de très bonnes conditions entre le 9 septembre et le 1er octobre. En cave, l’excellente qualité des raisins a permis de réaliser des vinifications très peu interventionnistes. 790 | Miraval Provence Miraval Provence  Attractive bright and translucent colour, a typical Provencal pale pink. The nose immediately reveals all the elegance of this Miraval Rosé with its superb aromatic bouquet delicately combining fresh fruit, freshly cut currants and roses, seasoned with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues on the palate with an ample, rich and gourmet texture, perfectly balanced by the natural acidity and minerality with saline and limestone notes specific to Miraval which continue in a long finish. A typical Miraval vintage with signature flavours. The winter was dry and mild, followed by a wet and cold spring with a few episodes of frost, causing some damage. Despite this, flowering went perfectly well but with a limited quantity (-50% compared to the average). The hot and dry summer helped to preserve the perfect sanitary condition of the vines, with regular work of the soil to preserve freshness. An earlier harvest than usual took place in very good conditions between September 9 and October 1st. In the cellar, the excellent quality of the grapes allowed us to carry out vinifications with very little intervention.
